Before you book your campervan and start packing for your adventure, it’s important to understand a few key details. Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know before you finalize your booking. Booking Process
To make a booking, simply visit the “Our Motorhome” page on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us directly through phone or email.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. If, for any reason, your booking cannot be confirmed (e.g., two bookings received simultaneously or failing to meet our insurance criteria), we will notify you and refund your deposit. This is the only instance in which a deposit is refundable.
Rental Pricing & Terms
Pricing:

We offer both peak and off-peak pricing, with minimum rental periods:
- Off-Peak Season (October – April): Minimum of 3 nights
- Peak Season (May – September): Minimum of 7 nights
You can rent for fewer nights than the minimum period, but you will be charged the minimum rental rate. For example, if you wish to rent a camper for 5 nights during peak season, you’ll be charged for 7 nights.
Deposits & Payment:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days before your rental start date. If the balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
- If you book within 28 days of your rental date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Long-Term Rentals: Contact us before booking to inquire about potential discounts for extended rentals.
What’s Included in the Rental Cost
Your rental includes the following:
- The campervan rental fee (charged per night, with minimum rental terms).
- Comprehensive insurance for one named driver throughout the rental period.
- Unlimited mileage during the rental period.
- 24/7 breakdown cover within Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
- A personalized handover, including a campervan demonstration at pick-up and drop-off.
Additional Charges
While we strive for transparency, the following charges may apply:
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required while the campervan is in use. The amount varies based on the vehicle rented. The security deposit covers potential damage to the vehicle or its contents. It is separate from your booking deposit.
- In the event of damage caused by you or your party, you may forfeit part or all of the security deposit. Our goal is simply to return the campervan and equipment in the same condition you received them.
- Penalties & Fines:
Any legal penalties or fines incurred during your rental period (such as parking tickets or speeding fines) are your responsibility. An administration fee of £100 will be charged per penalty.
Driver Requirements
- License:
You must hold a valid Category ‘B’ manual driving license (UK & Ireland) for at least 2 years. If your license is not issued in the UK, EEA, or Switzerland, an international equivalent is required. - Age: Drivers must be between 25 and 75 years old on the rental date.
- Penalty Points: If you or the driver has any penalty points, endorsements, or convictions on their license, you must disclose this information at the time of booking.
- Identification:
Two (2) forms of photographic ID are required (e.g., passport and driving license).
If your driving license does not include your current address, we will also need two (2) additional forms of ID showing your address (e.g., utility bills or bank statements from the past 60 days).
